Just a reminder that I’ll be signing books at a bookfair on Saturday, October 19th in Washington state. The bookfair runs from 4:30-6:30 PM, in the Grand Ballroom at the Westin Hotel, Bellevue, Washington. A percentage of the proceeds from the bookfair go to support DAWN (the Domestic Abuse Womens’ Network).
Can’t make it that day or at that time? Barnes & Noble has provided an additional option for readers to get books from their favorite authors and still have their purchases count towards the donation to DAWN. Sales from books purchased via the B&N website or an actual store can also be counted toward the bookfair totals beyond the two hour window of time for the fair itself. If a reader uses the code 11132172 at the point of sale, a portion of the proceeds of that sale will be donated to DAWN. The code is good in stores from October 19th through the 25th, and online through October 30th.
Address of the hotel and a full list of participating authors can be found here: http://www.gsrwa.org/bookfairInfo.php
